Shoug Al-Roudan
Attorney
Shoug Al-Roudan is an Attorney at ILG. She has over 5 years of legal practice experience, specializing in corporate and partnership law, commercial, employment, civil law and the oil & gas sector.
Al-Roudan’s role includes advising clients on a variety of legal issues, including global shipping and logistic projects, drafting legal memorandums and contracts covering a variety of local and international issues, providing legal advice, and translating local legislation for multinational clients.
Al-Roudan holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Greenwich, UK. She is a member of the Kuwait Lawyers Association and has completed the Bar Association Center’s Arbitration program.
