Osamah Hammad
Consultant
Osamah Hammad is a Consultant at ILG. He has over 27 years of legal practice experience in Kuwait and Egypt, specializing in corporate, government, administrative and civil litigation.
Hammad formerly worked as a legal consultant for a number of well-known private companies in Kuwait and Egypt, and has extensive experience in drafting various memos, pleading briefs, claims, formation contracts, and other legal documents. He previously practiced law before the Egyptian State Council and the Egyptian High Appeal Court.
Hammad holds a Master of Law from Alexandria University, Egypt, a Bachelors of Law from Assiut University, Egypt, and a degree in Common Law from the University of Cairo, Egypt. He is currently pursuing a PHD in General Law at Alexandria University, Egypt.
