Ming Xu
Partner (International Department)
Mr. Ming Xu is a Partner at ILG’s International Department. He has over 17 years of legal practice experience in the Middle East and Kuwait, specializing in commercial transactions, foreign investment, local compliance and disputes resolution. His practice spans sectors such as telecommunication, oil and gas, power and construction etc.
Prior to joining ILG, Mr. Xu served as general counsel to the largest global telecom company’s operations in Kuwait and other GCC countries. He regularly advises Fortune 500 clients on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters and has been managing several major litigations with ILG’s litigation team.
Mr. Xu holds a Masters of Law from Essex University, UK.
