Khaled Waleed Al-Hamad

Khaled Waleed Al-Hamad is an Attorney at ILG with more than 10 years of experience in legal practice. He is specialized in Companies and Corporate Law with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (S.M.Es), partnership projects (PPPs), direct investment systems, E-commerce, and data privacy and protection.
Al-Hamad has extensive expertise in handling commercial legal transactions and contracts, including small businesses, startup agreements, partnership projects, agencies, brokerage, investment contracts, and tenders. He has participated in providing many studies and legal advice to various private and governmental bodies.
Al-Hamad holds a Bachelor of Law from Ain Shams University, Egypt, and is a member of the Kuwait Lawyers Association.
