Heshmat Hassan Abdulsalam
Senior Consultant
Heshmat Hassan Abdulsalam is a Senior Consultant at ILG. He has over 40 years of legal practice experience in Kuwait and Egypt, specializing in commercial litigation, corporate and commercial transactional disputes, bankruptcy, finance, Islamic finance, securities law and arbitration.
Abdulsalam previously held appointments to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Cassation. He has also served on a number of arbitral tribunals at the Cairo International Center for International Commercial Arbitration.
Abdulsalam holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Ain Shams, Egypt.
