Dinah Marzouq is a qualified bilingual lawyer with a Master’s in International Law from Middlesex University and Joint Honors LLB in Law and Criminology from Swansea University. She specializes in international commercial and military contracts, treaties, and regulatory compliance, with research focused on AI’s impact on legal ethics, liability, and regulation, aiming to develop frameworks that promote justice and ethical innovation.
At International Legal Group (ILG), Dinah specializes in commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution, and cross-border transactions, excelling in drafting complex agreements and advising on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
Previously, Dinah worked as an Attorney in a leading law firm’s Foreign Department, handling international disputes and foreign agreements, and as a Legal Researcher at the Ministry of Defense, Kuwait, advising on military contracts and procurement regulations. she is a member of the Kuwait Lawyers Association. .
