Dr. Mohammad Al-Tamimi
Senior Associate
Dr. Al-Tamimi serves as a legal consultant at the International Legal Group, with extensive experience in providing legal advice in the fields of criminal and international law. He has contributed to the preparation of specialized legal memoranda in complex cases.
He holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Law from the University of Poitiers, France, with a specialization in international criminal law. He currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, Research, and Graduate Studies at the Faculty of Law, Kuwait University.
He has extensive experience in academia and public service, having served as a legal advisor to the Ministry of Finance and practiced law before the Kuwaiti Constitutional Court and Court of Cassation. Dr. Al-Tamimi teaches and supervises graduate students in various criminal law disciplines and has contributed to curriculum development.
He has also been an active member of key national committees, including those tasked with reforming Kuwait’s Penal Code and enhancing anti-money laundering regulations.
